Limited Warranty NOTE: This is our parts warranty - please call for complete transmission warranty details All new parts listed on this site are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days or 4,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever comes first. Excludes electrical products. What is NOT covered
Limitations and exclusions The manufacturer and distributor do not authorize any person to create for them any other obligation or liability in connection with its products. This is the only warranty we make. Any implied warranty applicable to these parts is limited in duration to the same time period of time as this written warranty. We shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special or contingent damages you might suffer as a result of our breach of this written or implied warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty applies only to our customers. We will repair or replace any defective part, but reserve the right to see the part to determine if the defect is our fault. If you have a problem with one of our parts, contact us by phone, fax or e-mail and inform us of the nature of your problem, the product part number, and the date of purchase. If your problem cannot be solved at that time, you will be then asked to return the part to us. We will send you a replacement part when we receive the problem part at no charge to you. If we send a replacement part to you before we receive the problem part, you will be charged for the part and when we receive the problem part we will credit your account in the amount you were charged for the replacement part. This online catalog has been compiled from reliable sources of information, however we cannot assume responsibility for errors. All parts are intended as replacement parts only. There is no intent to represent any part as from a original equipment manufacturer. *A note about specifications: Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Please note that our specifications are broad based and that many transmissions are made with different specifications and configurations at the factory level, even if they have the same designation. We make every effort possible to list accurate specifications, however, the possibility for additions or omissions always exists based on the aforementioned differences at the time of original manufacture. For example, a transmission may have been manufactured with the maximum amount of second gear clutches in it- in some cases it may be impossible for us to add more.
